This car is as close to an unmolested car as I have ever been able to find. The Barracuda was purchased new in 1973 and changed hands in 1978. That was the last time the car was registered! It remained in the possession of that owner's estate until it was sold in an estate sale. Any Rust?As you can see the carpets are original so I put it up on a lift and poked the floors. No issue there. The fenders and wheel wells are also solid. The rockers are fine but are showing some signs of minor rust, so I sprayed with chemicals to stop/reverse any corrosion. Theres a picture of a what looks to rust around the windshield. The rear window has some bubbling. I have not found any areas of major rust concern (i.e. no rust through). You can confirm that during your inspection and you'll be happy when you do.The InteriorFront seat is torn up on the butt and will need to be re sleeved. The back seats are in good shape. The dash will need replacing.
